Shipping policy

The Grindhouse Releasing online store is operated by PATAC Records in Hyannis, MA. For all order questions please contact info (at) patacrecords.com

All orders ship with proper packing material.

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Please allow extra processing time for orders placed during holidays and special sales events.

All domestic and international shipping rates will be automatically calculated by the shopping cart.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your shipping label has been created. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking data to appear in USPS’s website. You can also track orders in your My Account section.

PATAC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail. PATAC is not responsible for any additional import charges outside of the USA.

Order Cancellation
